This massage employs techniques such as deep tissue therapy, myofascial release and trigger point therapy at a slow and steady pace. It aims at improving circulation, flexibility, muscle soreness, chronic pain, stress, anxiety and relaxation. I offer a choice of warm bamboo or hot stone therapies, adding a bit of heat can enhance the effect of the massage and also add to it's relaxing nature. An hour and half is usually enough for a whole body treatment! Each appointment will include a short discussion about your issues and an assessment, followed by a massage.
